Ways of Dispatch

OURHOME.gr gives you the possibility to send your purchases in four different ways:

       1) Shipping by means of Ourhome.gr (FREE)

Shipping by means of Ourhome.gr is FREE for all orders within Attica and for the municipalities of Kymi-Aliveri, Eretria, Vasilikos, Chalkida and Messapia for all our products. However, you will be charged cash on delivery (2.5€) if you have chosen this payment method for orders up to (49€). From (49€) and above and cash on delivery is free of charge.

            The shipping with the means of Orhome.gr is FREE for all orders within Attica (Excluding the islands).

                     The shipping with the means of Orhome.gr is FREE for the municipalities of Kimi-Aliverio, Eretria, Vasilikos, Chalkida and Messapia (Up to the central point of the capital of the municipality. Delivery of residents is made upon request.)

FREE nationwide, for purchases over 3.000€ (upon request).

       2) Shipping by Courier

Products are shipped by courier company. Delivery is made to the point you have chosen (home or workplace) on the next working day after the execution of your order. In remote areas of the country e.g. islands, the delivery time is up to 2 working days.

However, you will be charged cash on delivery (2.5€) if you have chosen this payment method and (2€) shipping costs.

Returns & Guarantees

The basic condition for the return of products is that they are not worn or damaged and the packaging is in its original condition without being torn or disintegrated. For this reason, please remain careful when opening the package.

Product Return Procedure

There are two ways to return products:

 A) Return of the product - upon contact - to our headquarters and on-site evaluation of the product as to its exchangeability.

 B) Through the courier company you send the product to us as follows: You pack the product (and its original packaging) in a larger package that ensures maximum protection during transport and include in it a document informing us of the problem that has arisen and the procedure for settling the financial issue that you wish. You contact the Returns Department of the same post office and send us the product, noting that the return costs are at the expense of the sender.

Upon return of the product , you can either credit your account for future use within 6 months, or refund via bank account (within 15 days) from the date of receipt of the return.
